At Little Sprout Spot, we strive to ensure that our members and visitors have the best possible experience. We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to be as accommodating as possible. Please review our refund and membership cancellation policies below.

Refund Policy
- **Eligibility**: Refunds are available( within 30 days) for any free play drop in that was purchased in advance. If your child is sick please contact us for a refund or to reschedule.

- **Process**: To request a refund, please contact our customer service team with your membership details or the event/service information. Refund requests will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- **Conditions**: Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment. Any promotional or discounted memberships are subject to refund adjustments based on the amount paid.

Membership Cancellation Policy
- **Cancellation Anytime**: Memberships can be canceled at any time without penalty. We aim to make this process as straightforward as possible for our members.
- **How to Cancel**: To cancel your membership, please notify us in writing via email or by speaking with a staff member in person. Be sure to include your membership details for prompt processing.
- Billing: If you choose to cancel your membership, you will not be billed for the next month. No refunds will be provided for the current billing cycle or for an unused membership.
